Cherry and blue cheese salad

Cherries are my favorite fruits. And this is my new favorite salad - sweet and salty.

  • 1 head lettuce
  • 15 black cherries, washed and pitted
  • 100 g blue cheese, crumbled
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 3 Tbsp light olive oil
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • salt to taste

Slice thinely garlic cloves and put them in a bowl. Add oilive oil and vinegar to the bowl, stir and set aside. Chop the lettuce and put it in a salad bowl. Drizzle garlic oil over the salad and mix well, add crumbled cheese and sliced garlic. Arrange cherries on top and serve.
